Multi-Site Product Data Scraping.

I'm looking for a data scraping expert who can help me collect around 1,000 product information from multiple websites on a weekly basis.
I want to collect price description and if available working ingredients from all sites in australia that sell fertiliser, herbicides and animal health products. The websites need to be sourced as well.
Ideal Skills:
- Experience with Zyte or Scrapy. We need to own the solution/ code
- Proficient in data extraction and web scraping
- Familiarity with product information data points
- Ability to create a service that delivers data on a weekly schedule
