Modern periodic table

I need someone to create a modern periodic table for me. The purpose of the modern periodic table is to predict the behavior of elements, so I would like it to be interactive, rather than static. It should include element names, symbols, atomic numbers, and atomic weights. I may also require additional features/properties, such as electronegativity and ionization energy, so I would appreciate the flexibility to incorporate them in the future.
I understand how important accuracy is when it comes to periodic tables, so only experienced and knowledgeable candidates need apply.
