Mobile Email Data Entry Project

I have a collection of emails and chat messages that contain plain text and numerical information which I need copied over into a single digital file. You can work entirely from your phone—no desktop software is necessary—so a reliable smartphone with stable internet access is essential.

The job is straightforward: open each email or message I forward, extract every piece of text or number it contains, and enter it line-by-line into the shared Google Sheet I’ll provide. Because I don’t require any special formatting, accuracy and completeness are the only priorities.

I will share a small sample first so we can confirm we’re on the same page, then release the rest in manageable batches. Let me know how soon you can start and roughly how many messages you can process per hour.
