I need an experienced freelancer to create four (2) 50-question quizzes and one (1) 150-question quiz on Google Forms based on provided text content. The quizzes are for a medical interpreter training course and will cover various topics including ethics, medical terminology, cultural competency, and advanced interpreting skills.
Key Requirements:
• Quiz Sizes: 250 questions in total.
• Question Types: The quizzes incorporate a mix of the following question types:
o Multiple Choice
o True/False (can be implemented as multiple choice with "True" and "False" options)
o Fill-in-the-Gap (short answer text field)
o Case-Based Questions (paragraph text field)
• Content Source: All question text, answer options, correct answers, and scenario details will be provided to you.
• Google Forms Setup:
o The quizzes should be set up in "Quiz mode" in Google Forms.
o Correct answers for multiple-choice, true/false, and fill-in-the-gap questions must be pre-configured in the Google Forms answer key.
o Points should be assigned to each question (e.g., 1 point per question, or more for case studies if desired).
o Case-based questions will require manual grading, but should be set up as paragraph answers.
o Ensure the form is clearly titled.
Deliverables:
