Manual Image Text Transcription

I have a sizeable batch of images, screenshots, and PDFs that I need converted into clean, editable text. Every file is in English, and many include handwritten notes mixed with printed copy, so I’m looking for someone who can read irregular penmanship just as confidently as sharp digital fonts.

Accuracy is more important to me than automated speed—this must be a fully manual transcription, not an OCR dump. That said, I still need a fast turn-around: once you receive the files, I’d like daily progress updates and steady delivery of completed pages so I can review as we go.

Please re-type everything exactly as it appears, preserving original spelling, punctuation, and paragraph breaks. Where the source has headings, bullet points, or tables, replicate the structure in the output document; where the scan is unclear, flag it for me rather than guessing.

Deliverables
• One Microsoft Word or Google Docs file per source file—or a single master document if you prefer—as long as text is searchable and copy-friendly
• A brief note highlighting any illegible sections or uncertainties
