High-Volume Copy Typing to PDF

I have a sizeable stack of printed pages—well over fifty—that must be converted into an error-free, searchable PDF. You will receive clean scans of each page; your job is to re-type the content accurately, retain the original layout (headings, paragraph breaks, any tables or footnotes that appear), proof the text for basic spelling and punctuation issues, and return the finished file to me as a single, professionally formatted PDF.

Workflow I have in mind:
• Type the text in Word or a similar editor, mirroring the formatting on each printed page.
• Run a spelling/grammar check and give the document a quick self-proofread.
• Export to PDF with embedded fonts so the file is fully searchable.
• Share both the editable source file and the final PDF for my review.
