Handwritten Notes Conversion Project

I have a batch of very clear scanned images of my handwritten notes that I need accurately transcribed into two digital formats: a clean Microsoft Word document and a plain .txt file. Some pages include special formatting—headings, underlines, simple bullet points, and a few indented quotes—that must be reproduced exactly as they appear in the originals.

The job is straightforward but precision matters. Spelling, punctuation, and line breaks should mirror my handwriting, and any special formatting should be recreated in Word so the final file matches the structure of the source images. The plain text version can drop the visual styling but should keep the same logical order and headings.

Deliverables
• One .docx file reflecting all content and formatting
• One UTF-8 .txt file with the same content, layout preserved through spacing/line breaks
