Financial Correlation Analysis in Excel
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I need a sharp Excel analyst to dive into a set of financial data and produce a clear‐cut descriptive statistics report focused specifically on correlation and regression analysis. The data are already cleaned and organised in a single workbook; what I’m missing is a well-structured statistical view that shows how the variables interact and which ones drive the strongest relationships.
You’ll work entirely inside Excel—leveraging its Data Analysis ToolPak or any reputable add-ins you prefer—to build a correlation matrix, run the appropriate regressions, and layer in concise commentary that translates the numbers into plain-English insight. Visual aids such as scatter plots or fitted-line charts are welcome wherever they sharpen the story.
The finished product should be delivered as a statistics analysis file: an Excel workbook that includes
• the raw output (matrices, ANOVA tables, coefficients)
• any supporting charts neatly arranged on separate sheets
• a short written interpretation beside each key result so stakeholders can grasp the implications without digging through formulas.
If anything in the source data looks off or you spot multicollinearity, alert me early so we can address it before finalising the model.
