Fast Accurate General Text Typing

I need several batches of general text—mainly letters and short articles—transcribed into fully editable files. Source material will arrive as scanned PDFs or clear photos; no legal or highly formatted content is involved.

The job calls for a steady 60–80 WPM typing pace while maintaining about 99 % character accuracy. All work must be carried out in Microsoft Word, with the occasional table or list copied into Excel when that makes more sense for subsequent data handling. Standard margins and heading styles are enough; if a specific template is required for a file, I’ll attach it ahead of time.

Everything has to be finished within one month of the start date, but you’re welcome to deliver completed documents progressively so I can proof and approve them as we go.

Deliverables
• A separate, clean .docx (or .xlsx) file for each source document
• A single compressed archive containing all final files
• A short completion log noting document names, word counts, and any uncertainties flagged during typing

Acceptance criteria
• Random spot-checks confirm at least 99 % accuracy
• Formatting matches the original layout or any template provided
• All files submitted no later than 30 calendar days after project kick-off
