Entertainment only poker program for PC

I am looking to create an entertainment-only poker program for PC. It should feature both single-player and multiplayer modes, with exclusive Texas Hold'em games. The focus of the program should be purely on entertainment. I'm looking for a program that is easy to use and delivers a seamless gaming experience. This would be arcade style with 4-6 players at a time. I want to charge via Apple pay and credit card. I also need to be able to monitor the sales and take a portion of the proceeds, not sure how that would work.
