Digital Text Data Entry

I have a batch of digital documents—mainly PDFs and Word files—that must be transferred into a spreadsheet template I’ll share in Excel or Google Sheets. The content is purely text data, but the destination sheet already contains a few numerical columns, so you’ll need to respect the existing formatting while you focus on accurate transcription of the text fields.

The work is simple yet detail-oriented: open each file, locate the required sections, and enter the information in the correct columns. Accuracy matters; I’ll run random spot checks against the originals, and even small typos or misplaced rows will be counted as errors.

Deliverables
• Completed spreadsheet with every text field from the provided documents entered in the proper columns.
• Short log listing any pages that were unreadable or required clarification.

Acceptance criteria
• All supplied files processed.
• Error rate below 0.5 % on spot checks.
• Final sheet delivered by the agreed deadline.

Fluency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, plus basic navigation of PDF and Word files, is essential. If you can start right away and keep me updated as you progress, we should finish smoothly.
