Data entry operator

I am looking for an experienced data entry operator to help me with a project that requires the entering of text-based data. The data must be entered in a particular format which I will specify. I do not have any existing templates or forms for this so you will need to create them yourself. The ideal candidate should have experience with data entry techniques as well as knowledge in creating data entry forms and templates.
