Data entry

I am looking for someone to help with data entry for a project I am working on. The data that needs to be entered is both text and numeric. While I do not have a specific template for the data entry, I do have a preferred format that I would like used. The data set is medium in size, with 100-500 entries. I am looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized and experienced in data entry. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills and be able to accurately enter data into the preferred format. Please provide samples of previous data entry projects you have worked on.
