Convert Medical MCQs to Word

Job ID: 40507619

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I have several PDF files containing multiple-choice medical questions that need to be turned into clean, editable Word documents. Every question, option, diagram, and reference must carry over exactly as it appears, but the final file should read like it was natively created in Word—no text boxes or broken lines.

My goals are simple:
• Re-type or accurately OCR the content, preserving question numbers and option lettering.
• Recreate any tables, images, or mathematical symbols so they line up neatly with the surrounding text.
• Apply consistent heading styles for sections and sub-sections so I can generate an automatic table of contents later.
• Deliver one consolidated .docx file per original PDF, ready for further editing.

Please keep an eye on spelling, punctuation, and clear spacing between questions. If you spot obvious scanning artefacts or misreads, correct them rather than leaving placeholders.

When you reply, let me know:
• Your approach to extracting text and images.
• Turnaround time per 100 pages.
• Whether you can accommodate minor layout tweaks once I review the first draft.

The project is ready to start as soon as I confirm you understand the expected accuracy level—medical terminology leaves no room for transcription errors.

I will attach a sample PDF file and an example of the desired Word format so you can accurately understand the scope of work and formatting requirements.

Thank you
