Contract Digitization and Cleanup

I have a collection of older, sometimes blurry contract scans that need to be turned into clean, editable digital documents. Accuracy is crucial—I rely on these for day-to-day business activities—so every clause, date, signature block, and amendment must carry over exactly as written.

Please retype each contract into Microsoft Word (or Google Docs if you prefer) using my standardized template. The template already contains the header, footer, font choices, and spacing guidelines; your job is to copy the content into the correct sections, keep the numbering consistent, and flag any illegible portions for my review.

Deliverables:
• A separate Word file for each original contract, formatted with the provided template
• A short “issues” list noting any text that was unclear or missing in the source
• Confirmation that spell-check and basic layout checks have been completed
