Capture name, email &phone numbers

I am looking for someone to capture name, email, and phone numbers from physical forms and store the information in a Google sheet. I need someone to efficiently source the forms containing all the data and manually input it into the Google sheet. The data must be accurate and stored in a secure location. It should also be provided in a timely manner.Experience in data entry of this type is desirable. Knowledge of relevant software and good organizational skills is also a must.
