Bibliography Extraction and Organization

I need help to take an existing bibliography (357 references) and extract the contents into an excel table. This will be a 2 phase project. In the first phase the 357 reference items in the pdf will need to extracted into an excel spreadsheet, where there is sheet for each of:
- Books
- Book Chapters
- Reports and Manuscripts
- Articles and Catalogue Essays
- Exhibition Catalogues
- Newspaper Articles
- Auction Catalogues
- Ephemera
- Transcripts
- Other.

I have prepared a template for each sheet that the data will be extracted into.

I suspect some of the entries in the pdf that the entries will be extracted from will be incomplete so it will be necessary to check for missing data.

Accuracy is very important so each entry needs to be checked.

Once we have confirmed accuracy the second phase will be to add in URL's and extract the relevant pdfs and rename (if required) them so they can be stored in a folder for later extraction and linking to the excel table.

Please express interest in stage 1 at this time.
