Adding changes to book in progress, layout

I'm looking for an experienced book designer to make changes to a book in progress. Specifically, I need help rearranging chapters and sections, as well as formatting and design improvements. No content editing will be necessary. Most importantly, I'm looking for someone who can work in person on a flexible, comfortable timeline.
