Only standard text formatting is required; I’m not asking for complex layouts, custom headers, or graphic cleanup. What matters most is speed paired with flawless accuracy. A solid working knowledge of Excel will help when tables or short numeric lists appear, but the bulk of the job is straightforward copy typing.
