cctc footage walmart

my suv got rear ended at parking lot , sister took it to walmart to meet somebody at parking lot. then afterwards wife use it to get stuff at Aldis. when it was my turn ro use it, there was a hit at the real bumper and tailgate. had it fixed already with own money liability type of insurance only. both of them are willing to share atleast 50% for cost of repairs. problem is who is who, walmart wouldn’t let me view it w/o a police report. police also won’t give cause i didn’t made a claim with insurance. only purpose is just to identify whos fault it was cause nobody would admit.but both are willing to help pay for 50% cost of repair. this is just for personal use, nothing legal.
