Word-to-Word Text Transfer

I have a collection of Microsoft Word files whose contents need to be moved, with complete accuracy, into new Word documents that I will supply as templates. Every paragraph, heading, table, and bullet must appear in the destination file exactly as it does in the source—same order, same spacing, same basic formatting (fonts, bold, italics, etc.). No re-typing is required; a careful copy-paste in Word is all that’s necessary, but I do expect a quick check in each file to catch line breaks or weird spacing that sometimes slip in after pasting.

Volume is moderate: roughly a few dozen files, each between one and ten pages. You can work at your own pace provided the first batch is returned within 24 hours of acceptance so I can confirm we’re aligned, and the full set is completed within the week.

Deliverables
• A new Word document for every source file, saved under the same filename with “_clean” appended.
• Text transferred accurately and neatly—no missing words, extra blank lines, or style drift.
• A brief completion note listing any files that contained anomalies you had to correct (e.g., corrupt characters, odd tables).

If you’re comfortable working in Microsoft Word and have an eye for detail, this will be simple, repetitive work that can be finished quickly.
