Versatile Writing & Editing Support
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a collection of draft materials—articles, landing-page copy, print handouts, and a few stray social captions—that need to be transformed into publication-ready content. Some pieces require line-level copy-editing for tone and flow, others need full content development from a loose outline, and all of them must be proofread for absolute accuracy before they go live or head to print.
You’ll be working directly with my Google Docs files, tracking changes so I can follow your edits and thought process. When a text is only half-formed, I’ll share a short brief and any background research I have; your job is to craft engaging, concise copy that matches the intended audience and medium. For finished drafts, your mission is to tighten sentences, fix inconsistencies, and eliminate grammatical or spelling errors while preserving the original voice.
Deliverables I need from you:
• A clean, finalized document (Word or Google Docs) with suggested revisions accepted and any open questions resolved.
• A marked-up version showing tracked changes for transparency.
• Brief notes explaining major structural or stylistic decisions, when applicable.
Content must be original, free of plagiarism, and immediately publishable without further rewriting. If you have expertise tailoring language for web, print, and social platforms—and a sharp eye for detail—I’d love to hear how you’d approach this mix of writing and editing tasks, your typical turnaround time, and any relevant portfolio samples.
