Turn 250 Blog Articles into Ebook

I have roughly 250 existing blog posts that I’d like transformed into a single, polished PDF ebook.

Like copy and pasting them into canva, adding some light formatting, and making sure they are gramttaicly spelled correctly...

I will supply the full text files along with a predefined list of categories so you can group each article accordingly, rather than arranging them chronologically.

Here is what I need done:
• Copy-edit each post just enough for consistent spelling, punctuation, and formatting (no major rewrites).
• Assign every article to the category I provide and sequence them logically within each section.
• Create a clean layout with clear headings, sub-headings, page numbers, and an auto-generated table of contents.
• Design a simple cover that matches my site’s look (logo and brand colors supplied).
- Clean up the grammar
• Export the finished file as a high-resolution, print-ready PDF and also provide the editable source file (Word, InDesign, or similar).

A solid grasp of ebook layout tools such as Canva or similar styles will help you move quickly. If you’ve compiled long-form content before, especially from blogs, that experience will be a big plus.

Once I hand over the blog text in a CSV and category list, I’m looking for an initial draft within a week, followed by one revision round for fine-tuning.
