I have several internal technical reports that need a thorough second pass. I want each document returned polished for grammar and spelling, checked for technical accuracy, and reshaped so the arguments flow logically from introduction to conclusions.
You will receive the original files in Word format. Please work with Track Changes active so I can see every edit, and add concise in-line comments where clarification is required. If you spot any gaps in data or explanation, flag them and suggest additional content; I may ask you to expand certain sections once the core edit is complete.
Deliverables
• Clean, proof-read version with all edits accepted
• Tracked-change version showing every modification
• Brief editorial summary outlining major corrections, technical queries, and recommended content additions
Acceptance Criteria
• Zero spelling or grammar errors on re-check
• All figures, tables, and references cross-verified for consistency
• Logical flow improved, with transitions and headings that match report structure
• Technical terminology preserved and used correctly throughout
The reports average 20–25 pages each; final page counts may vary after revisions. If this first batch goes smoothly, I have more reports in the pipeline and would be happy to keep the collaboration going.
