My 50-k word manuscript is an adventure story with a strong self-improvement thread, and it is ready for a thorough copy edit. I need clear, consistent line work: grammar, punctuation, word choice, continuity, and any small-scale fact checks that keep the prose flowing naturally. While this is not a full developmental pass, I would still appreciate brief margin notes if you spot moments where character development, plot structure, or pacing could be tightened—the big structural pieces are locked, yet a sharp eye can still flag anything that jars the reader.

Please work in MS Word using Track Changes so I can review every adjustment. When you return the file, include both a clean version and the marked-up document, along with a short style sheet that explains recurring decisions (hyphenation choices, preferred spellings, etc.). If you rely on the Chicago Manual of Style or a comparable guide, let me know; alignment with a professional standard is important to me.
