145-Page Document Formatting - The Seven Villages of Newtownabbey

I have a 145-page Microsoft Word manuscript that needs professional, consistent formatting from cover to back matter. All body text must sit in Times New Roman, 12 pt, while every heading and sub-heading should be bold and set in a visibly larger size so the hierarchy is clear at a glance.

There are seven main sections: each one has to start on a fresh page, and I may ask for additional page breaks wherever flow or aesthetics demand it.
