I have a non-fiction manuscript between 20,000 – 50,000 words that now needs professional polish and a clean, bookstore-ready layout. The text itself requires thorough copy editing—grammar, flow, consistency, and fact-checking where obvious issues arise—followed by full formatting for a standard 6"x9" print trim size (or a comparable trade paperback size you recommend).

Please keep the author’s voice intact while tightening language and ensuring all headings, call-outs, footnotes, and any reference material are styled consistently. Once the text is finalized, I’ll need a press-ready PDF with embedded fonts, proper margins, running headers/footers, and page numbers positioned for print on demand (KDP Print or IngramSpark).

Deliverables:
• Edited Word document with tracked changes and a clean final version
• Print-ready interior PDF that meets KDP/Ingram pre-flight checks
• Simple style sheet summarising key editorial decisions
