Kindle eBook Publishing Package

I have a 20,000–50,000-word manuscript currently sitting at the draft stage. Before it can reach Amazon’s virtual shelves it needs a full editorial pass—content editing for structure and flow, copy editing for style and consistency, and a final proofread to catch lingering typos.
A suitable cover page is also needed.

Once the text is polished, the next step is Kindle-specific formatting. The file has to display flawlessly on all Kindle devices and apps, so proper styles, clickable TOC, and clean chapter breaks are essential. I’ll also need guidance (or hands-on support) during the upload process inside KDP to be sure metadata, categories, and pricing are entered correctly and the previewer shows no issues.

Deliverables
• Edited manuscript in Word with tracked changes
• Kindle-ready file (EPUB/KPF) plus a clean PDF for reference
• One round of revisions after I review the edits

• Short hand-off document outlining the upload steps you took inside KDP

Acceptance criteria: zero critical formatting errors in the KDP previewer and a manuscript free of spelling, grammar, and structural issues.

Everything else—timelines, communication style, or optional extras such as cover tweaks—can be discussed once you have an overview of the project.
