Formatting a 450 page document consistently and working with ToC. -- 2

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to help me format a 450 page document consistently and work with a Table of Contents. I'd like the document to be formatted in a custom style, and I'd like to have both chapters and sub-chapters in the Table of Contents. This also includes table of figures and table of tables.
