My crime-fiction manuscript (somewhere between 5,000 and 20,000 words) . It si a work in progress so not completed. Looking for confirmation that it is a solid start or development - or not!
I need fresh eyes to sweep for basic grammar, punctuation, and typos while keeping the prose lean and the atmosphere dark and gritty.
Along the way, please flag anything that jars the plot’s internal logic or weakens a character arc; I want to be sure every clue lands and every motive feels true. Verb-tense slips occasionally creep in, so watch for those, too,
