We are seeking a highly skilled, bilingual English Copyeditor & Typesetter to support the editorial production of a peer-reviewed journal currently transitioning to international indexing standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Scientific copyediting of medical manuscripts in advanced academic English
• Typesetting and layout of articles according to our journal’s specifications (PDF and XML outputs)
• Close coordination with authors, editors, and the production team to ensure consistency and quality
• Implementation of standard publishing practices (DOIs, references, ORCID, JATS tagging preferred)

Required Profile:
• Native or near-native English speaker (C2 level minimum)
• Proven experience in STM (science, technical, medical) publishing
• Solid command of editorial style guides (AMA, APA, Vancouver, etc.)
• Expertise in InDesign or equivalent typesetting tools
• Familiarity with XML or online publishing platforms is a plus
