I’ve completed the first-person draft of a Cold War spy novel (about 90,000 words) and now need a sharp developmental edit that zeroes in on two things above all else: tightening the plot structure and deepening the character arcs. You’ll be working with a Word document, so familiarity with Track Changes and margin comments is essential. While historical fidelity and spy-craft accuracy are already in pretty good shape, feel free to flag any obvious anachronisms you spot as you concentrate on the bigger narrative beats.
Deliverables I’m looking for:
