I have a completed book manuscript that now needs a meticulous round of cleanup before it goes to layout. The draft will arrive as a single PDF; from there, I need you to:
• correct all grammar slips and spelling errors
• bring consistency to punctuation, capitalization, and overall formatting (headings, indents, spacing, page breaks, etc.)
• flag any sentences that feel awkward so I can refine them, and suggest smoother alternatives where obvious
Once the language is spotless, return the file in two forms: a clean version and one with tracked changes so I can see every edit. If you prefer to work in Word, feel free to convert the PDF—just be sure the final pagination still mirrors the original.
