Arabic Encyclopedia Reference Audit, Sorting, Preflight, Cover

I have a fully translated and copy-edited encyclopedia in Arabic, delivered as a single Word document. Before we go to print, I need a meticulous final pass focused on five things:

1) References to Bibliography
Every source listed in an entry must keep the author’s name in its original script. If any personal names were converted from Latin into Arabic letters, please restore the Latin spelling exactly as it appears in the bibliography.

2) Internal Cross-References
Throughout the text I use “see also …” notes that point readers to other entries. The Arabic wording of each cross-reference inside an entry has to match the spelling used for the actual headline of that entry. References to entries about persons need to point to that person's full name as written in the respective entry's headline, while ignoring the Latin add-on in parentheses. Adjust any mismatches so the reader sees identical phrasing in both places. (Else they won't find that entry.)

3) Sort all entries alphabetically according to Arabic sorting rules.

4) Help me with final adjustments, such as text within images and charts, captions, table formatting, and other potential preflight tweaks before going to print.

5) Help with text on cover file (InDesign) and promotion file (Word, almost identical texts)

Scope
• Entire manuscript (no section is excluded).
• Word and InDesign documents; possible image/chart files (Photoshop, Excel, PowerPoint).
• No stylistic editing is required anymore for body text, but possibly for back-cover text.

Deliverables
• Corrected Word files
• Edited InDesign cover file
• Any Photoshop, Excel, PowerPoint file I may submit for editing (some 15 max).
