I have finished writing an academic paper and now need an experienced editor to make sure every page matches the formatting rules set by my faculty. The content itself is ready; the task is strictly about presentation—margins, headings, page numbers, citation layout, table and figure placement, and the overall look of the document.
I will supply the current Word file together with the official style guide from the university. Once you have aligned paragraph styles, adjusted spacing, and checked that references and appendices sit exactly where they should, please return two files:
• a clean, fully formatted manuscript
• a version showing your changes (Track Changes or similar)
Turn-around within a few days would be ideal. If you are comfortable working in Microsoft Word (or LaTeX as an alternative, should you prefer), have a sharp eye for detail, and have formatted scholarly papers before, I’d be happy to hear how quickly you can start.
