I need a thorough, one-off clean of a space that falls between 1,000 – 2,000 sq ft. The goal is to leave every surface looking and feeling fresh in a single visit, so I’m looking for a team or individual who can arrive fully equipped and work efficiently without sacrificing detail.
Key expectations
• Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
• All horizontal and vertical surfaces wiped and disinfected
• Kitchen appliances, counters, sinks and cabinets cleaned inside and out
• Bathrooms scrubbed, sanitized and polished
• Windows, mirrors and glass spot-free
• Waste collected and taken out at the end
You’re free to choose your preferred, professional-grade supplies, but eco-friendly products are a plus. Parking is available on-site, and I can be present to grant access or arrange a lock-box if that’s easier.
