As an established food producer, I'm in need of a proficient Food Technologist who has experience working with millets. An understanding of value-added and wholesome millet-based products is ideal for this project.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Recipe Development: We're after top-grade, healthy, and tasty millet recipes. Your past experience in recipe development will be greatly utilized.
- Quality Control: You're a critical thinker who can identify issues along the production line, especially in maintaining the purity, quality, and strict hygiene standards of our millets.
- Product Labeling: High-quality, clear, and compliant product labels are a must. Therefore, proficiency in regulatory and consumer-friendly product labeling is essential.
This project targets 3 key consumer groups:
- Health-conscious individuals
- Vegetarians and Vegans
- People with gluten intolerance
Although packaging details are omitted for now, experience and knowledge in various packaging formats will be appreciated, as they might come into play later.
Expertise in millets, a strong understanding of food labeling regulations, meticulous quality control, and previous experience in health-centric food markets are critical for success in this project.
