Menu curation for boba shop -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for assistance with menu curation for my boba shop. I need help crafting a list of specialty boba drinks to include on the menu, and I have dietary restrictions that must be taken into account while doing so. Ultimately, I am looking for more than 15 boba drink options to be added to the menu.
IMPORTANT: I am looking for a list of ingredients, and ratio-based recipes for a restaurant setting, not the graphic for a paper menu
I need someone with culinary experience, degrees, or certs to create a menu and recipes for my shop.
Here are the most important things to have on the menu:
5-10 food options. These should be small treats that dont take long to make. They should be more of a snack then a meal
5-10 Classic Boba recipes. These should be recipes for things that you can find in any boba shop, but with a twist! Take what people have already done, and evolve it one step further.
2-5 Seasonal Boba recipes for each season. These should be limited-time recipes that bring out the best of each season.
5-10 fruit-tea recipes. These should be fruit based, sweet milk tea options.
5-10 "Gourmet Fusion" Recipes. These are the most important. I need a wide variety of special teas that only my store sells. This is your chance to be creative. Create recipes that use interesting ingredients for an amazing flavor.
The name of the game is innovation, ideally things that aren't common, whilst still having classic flavors that enjoyers of the beverage can easily identify.
