Indonesian Recipe eBook Creation

I’m compiling a digital cookbook that will showcase 100 authentic Indonesian dishes, every one of them a true traditional favorite—from rendang and rawon to klepon and es cendol.

Here’s what I need from you: a single, beautifully laid-out PDF that includes clear ingredient lists, step-by-step instructions, practical cooking tips where relevant, and a high-resolution photo for each recipe. All images must be your own work or fully licensed for unrestricted use; I plan to distribute the finished eBook, so copyright clarity is essential.

Indonesian culinary terminology, spice blends, and regional notes should be kept accurate and concise; the goal is to make the recipes accessible to home cooks worldwide without losing their local character. I’m happy to provide initial guidance on dish selection, but expect you to handle research, testing (where possible), writing, editing, and layout.

Deliverables
• Draft layout containing the first 10 recipes for style approval
• Final print-ready PDF with 100 traditional recipes, each paired with its photo
• Source image files and editable document (InDesign, Word, or similar) for future updates
