I’m compiling a small cookbook of Indian chicken classics and need original, kitchen-tested recipes that cover both styles—dry preparations like sukka or roast, and rich gravies such as curry or korma. There are no dietary restrictions, so feel free to use traditional ingredients, spices, and cooking fats exactly as they are used in authentic regional kitchens.
What I expect from you
• 8–10 distinct recipes split evenly between dry and gravy dishes
• Ingredient lists with precise quantities (metric or cup/spoon measures)
• Clear, step-by-step instructions written for a competent home cook
• Estimated prep and cook times, serving size, and spice level notes
• One high-resolution, well-lit photo of the finished dish for each recipe
You may draw from any Indian region—North, South, East, or West—so long as the results stay true to local flavor profiles. I’ll test the dishes in my own kitchen, so please make sure the techniques are replicable on standard home equipment (stovetop, oven, basic cookware).
Deliver the recipes in a single, neatly formatted Word or Google Doc plus the corresponding photos in PNG or JPEG. If everything tastes as good as it reads, I’m open to commissioning additional chapters for snacks, breads, or vegetarian mains.
