Experienced Canadian Nutrition Facts Label Expert Needed

I'm seeking a highly experienced consultant specializing in Canadian nutrition facts labeling, with in-depth understanding of food labeling regulations, nutrient analysis, and packaging design for our ingredient analysis software website

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Ensure product compliance for packaged foods and beverages
- Conduct nutrient analysis
- Provide packaging design ideas following Canadian regulations
- Ingredient Databases: Must provide Canadian Ingredient Databases and other relevant files/attachments - Identify ingredient databases/and other pertinent files for usage in our SQL Database by our in-house software engineers

Ideal Candidate Skills:
- Strong grasp on Canadian food labeling regulations
- Proven record in nutrient analysis
- Packaging design expertise.
- Prior experience in building similar Ingredient analysis software/tools, have an understanding of data structures, especially in Chinese nutritional content, and would be exceptional at updated nutrition regulations, allergens, and Nutrition Facts label specifications as stipulated by Canadian Food Regulatory Authority
