Key Responsibilities Include:

We possess over 150 Invoice Documents related to Cargo shipping, which primarily come in PNG, JPEG, and PDF formats. Our objective is to compile the essential data from these documents into a structured spreadsheet format.
Project Scope:
Data Compilation: Extracting specific data fields from each document, totaling approximately 40 Field Labels per document. Examples of these fields include Shipper Name, Address, Invoice Number, etc.
Document Formats: Handling documents in PNG, JPEG, and PDF formats.
Data Entry Accuracy: Ensuring precise entry of data into the spreadsheet without errors or discrepancies.
Scalability: The initial batch consists of around 150+ documents. Depending on the quality of the output and performance, there's a possibility of further engagements with higher volumes of documents.
