Cook For Indian And Chinese Food

I am looking to hire someone to cook for both Indian and Chinese cuisine in my home. The exact ingredients are not an issue however, I am open to the option of specialized ingredients if that is what is desired. Also, any dietary restrictions or preferences will not be an issue as I will provide any further details that may be necessary. The chef I am looking for should be experienced in both types of cuisine, have a passion for cooking, and have the required skill to achieve a high level of standards in their dishes.
