Cokking classes

Hello! I'm looking for a cooking instructor who can teach me how to up my culinary game and expand my knowledge of the many types of delicious cuisines out there. I have dietary preferences that must be taken into account (cholesterol problems). I prefer to take individual lessons, so I can focus on mastering the recipes that appeal most to me.
