Build me Recipes with Extra Virgin olive oil

Hi there. I am looking for a passionate Singapore-based foodie, who can help us develop and post a series of simple recipes using extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) and flavored EVOOs (truffle, chili-pepper, garlic & rosemary, lemon, and basil) Looking at 5 recipes as a start, and more to come.

The recipes do not necessarily need to be about western cuisines but blend EVOO with local cuisine is highly encouraged.
