Sourdough Bread Specialist Baker Needed

I'm in search of an intermediate-level baker who specializes in sourdough breads for a full-time position. They should be well-versed in baking, moulding, shaping and mixing, with a particular emphasis on sourdough techniques. Other tasks will include additional bakery-related responsibilities as necessary. Proven experience in a similar position and a love for sourdough are a must.
