Chef to curate recipe of Salad Bowls

I am planning to open my cloud kitchen so i am looking to create a series of salad bowls featuring different recipes. I am looking for a Meat-based and vegetarian cuisine with 4 to 7 unique recipes. It's important for me to ensure that every element of my recipes are top quality, so I am looking for help with ingredient sourcing.
