American Cuisine Line Cook for Brunch April 20th
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm in need of a talented line cook who specializes in basic breakfast cuisine ( i.e. eggs, pancakes) to help with our brunch event (approx 2hrs.) The ideal candidate should have a wealth of experience in preparing and cooking brunch dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cooking and preparing a few pre-arranged brunch dishes for approx 15 people.
- Overseeing the kitchen during brunch service
- Ensuring food quality and presentation
Skills Required:
- Expertise in American cuisine
- Extensive experience with brunch dishes
- Excellent food prep
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
