Website Audit for Customer Journey and Conversion Rate Improvements
Budget: €10 – €100 EUR
Expert in customer journey and workflow required to audit our website to make improvements to improve current conversion rate.
Must be expert and able to showcase previous work in this area and must be able to submit clear document in PDF ideally, showcasing what is required to improve.
Don't apply if you going to run some audit tool like Semrush etc, we can do that ourselves. We require someone who can use tools but also will manually rip site apart to identify every issue and highlight everything thing details from broken links to bad journey etc.
If you have skillset to fix the issues great but not required as we developers who can fix this too!
Please be advised we have someone optimizing the site over the next 3 days to get speed back up to A on Gtmetrix so ignore speed-related issues. The project won't start till that work is done anyway!
