Shopify Upsell & Cross-Sell Setup

I want to lift both my average order value and overall conversion rate by adding effective upsell and cross-sell flows to my Shopify store. The three tactics I’m set on are:

• Product bundles shown on the product page
• “Frequently bought together” suggestions in the cart or drawer
• Post-purchase one-click offers right after checkout

I haven’t installed any apps yet, so the first step will be recommending the best tool stack—whether that’s Bold Upsell, ReConvert, Honeycomb, or another option you trust—to match my theme and budget. After we agree on the app(s), I’ll need you to:

1. Map out the offer logic, including which SKUs should be paired or bundled (I’m open to your recommendations here).
2. Configure the offers inside the chosen app, style them to match my branding, and make sure they display perfectly on desktop and mobile.
3. A/B test at least one variant per offer type, monitor results for a week, and optimise for conversion.
4. Hand over clear documentation so I can tweak or duplicate the flows later.

All work should be done directly in Shopify, with minimal code edits whenever possible. I’ll give collaborator access as soon as we start. Once the flows are live and we see uplift in AOV, the project will be complete.
